Nice to meet you!

My name if Francesca Giessmann and I am 34 years old.

I was born in Naples, Italy, but my family moved to Sao Paulo, Brazil when I was a toddler. That is where I grew up and is where in a sense where I would have called home until not long ago. After studying in Switzerland, working in China , I came to New York in 1996. It was love at first sight... i just couldn't get enough of this city. It was like Sao Paulo but safer. It was in the middle of everything.... !

I have been married to my husband , Carsten for almost 5 years and we have a 3 year old son , Leonardo.

After many years in NY and working the corporate life, we have moved to New Jersey and I have been involved with a few independent marketing projects since last fall.

Life was so normal looking back... get up, get Leonardo to school, answer emails, maybe head to the city for a meeting, working out with my great group of inspiring friends, pick Leo up, get ready for dinner ..... play.. read... enjoy my home and Carsten.

I am hoping and my goal will be that not much will change with Cancer.. I still plan to do all the things above.. and SOME!
